Dr. David Monroe received his Doctor of Optometry and Bachelor of Visual Sciences from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 1989. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. The aspect Dr. Monroe particularly enjoys about being an Optometrist is being able to provide comprehensive eye care services to his patients.
His special areas of interest are dry eye treatment and medical eye care services.
